Elizabeth Conwell, Owner & Certified Personal Trainer

Hi, My name is Elizabeth and I have been an AFFA certified personal trainer for 15+ years.  I have several certifications in fitness and nutrition. I am passionate about my clients and I am big believer that there is no one size fits all way to train. Every person has a different reason for coming to the gym. I have a variety of clients; competitive athletes, extreme endurance athletes, weight loss,  ski and snow board training, balance, injury rehab, chronic illness, and more! I do fitness competition training along with our posing coach Sarah.  I actively train first responders  and those who are in training to become first responders. I use several training techniques to fit individual needs. I offer customized training plans and nutrition advice. I am a mother, wife, and coach. James Sodano, Owner

James has been involved with fitness and sports his whole life, being a part of swim and water polo as a child, and finding a love for weight training, running, and cycling as an adult. James loves finding ways to make working out fun and rewarding, and is always up for an event, a race, or spur of the moment competition. James has found his love of fitness dovetails nicely with his career as a firefighter/ paramedic, and would love to talk to you about how you can make training work with your career. If James isn’t at the gym, he’s probably out on the trails somewhere. He loves group trail runs, so if you’re interested, let him know!

Talya

Talya Sodano, Owner

Talya dove headfirst into the world of fitness after losing 80 pounds 11 years ago and hasn't looked back since. She has an extensive background in strength, bodybuilding, and various disciplines of cardiovascular training. Talya loves combining the worlds of physical training and nutrition to achieve her goals and help those around her stay on track to pursue theirs. Because of her career in law enforcement, she understands the importance of building and maintaining fitness to be ready for any challenge at a moment's notice. If she isn't working or training, she can be found eating pizza on the summit of a mountain. If you see her around the gym, don't hesitate to ask her for a spot!
