John is the owner of Granite Fitness Center and a NFPT Certified Personal Trainer.  Fitness and wellness are his passions.
John specializes in general and functional fitness as well as weight management, fitness lifestyle development, and anti-aging exercise strategies.  John believes in a balanced approach to total fitness with an emphasis on cardio exertion, progressive resistance training, and a good nutrition plan.
John has studied with original American Gladiator Billy Smith.  He has completed Jon Benson's M-Power Series, a 48 week course on Mind Meals, Muscle, and Motion.  John has worked as a personal trainer at Bally Total Fitness and was Training Director for Park County Search and Rescue from 1999 - 2003.

Elizabeth is a AFAA certified personal trainer and has completed courses in obesity, circuit training, weight and resistance training, organic healthy eating, Silver Sneakers, and many Jillian Michaels courses.  She offers a wide variety of training options, including personal or couples training.  Her mission is to help people achieve their goals, both body and nutrition.

Elizabeth specializes in weight loss training and goal oriented training, such as 10k training, fire department testing, Tough Mudder training, and conditioning for sports.  Elizabeth also does TRX training, pilates based training, weight lifting, cardio, machines, and more! She offers independent training plans, body evaluations including measurements and body fat % testing, nutrition plans, and rehabilitation for injuries.
