Mountain Moves is a dance fitness class mixed with toning moves and weights.
Boot Camp is always different! This can include circuit training, weight training, HIIT, tabata, and more! This class is high intensity and you are guaranteed to burn a ton of calories and tone up.
We offer modifications in both classes based on your ability and fitness level.
Your first class free. After that its $10 to drop in or buy a 10 class punch card for $80 that can be used for any class.
