A Colorado native that loves being active, hiking in beautiful area that I’m grateful to have been living in for almost 30 years!
I found Pilates after a back injury and found it to be the only thing that helped.   
My goal is not only keep my self stay well but to show others how they can stay in their active lifestyle.

Monique Bright

Monique Bright started practicing yoga with her mom growing up. She continues her practice incorporating various yoga tools and studies into her life and work. In 2018 Monique looked for an ashram to deepen her practice and later that year went to Shoshone Yoga Retreat for her 200 YTT. Monique is a certified Mindful Life instructor and has a bachelor's degree in Recreation and Leisure Services.
